Retreat Package Options:
1) With Accommodations:
Lucy Brennan - Lucy's passions are combining fabric, playing with quilt layouts and hand sewing. A quilter and blogger at 'Charm About You', she regularly teaches quilting classes and is a designer on The Sewing Quarter. Inspired by the history and varied techniques of patchwork and quilting, Lucy always has a few projects on the go! When she's not quilting Lucy can be found doing some embroidery. Lucy will be teaching a machine sewn project
Katy Jones - Katy started quilting when her youngest child was small and immediately got hooked. What was intended as a nice relaxing hobby soon became a little bit more when she joined forces with a group of other bloggers to create an online magazine for modern quilters called Fat Quarterly (before the print industry had cottoned on to the idea), and an annual retreat to bring the community together. From there she has written and co-written books, designed for magazines, taught classes, had an online quilting series with F&W media, designed fabric, worked in retail and edited Quilt Now magazine. She currently works in brand management for Crafters Companion and is a not so secret lover of die cutting. Katy will be teaching a quilt project using Gemini die cut machine and Build a Block. The project will have different size options from cushion to king size quilt.
